Angel Locsin’s Throwbacks on Photo with Neil Arce when They were still Friends

Angel Colmenares or more popularly known as Angel Locsin is a thirty-four-year-old actress, commercial model, fashion designer, and film producer. Her most memorable role and the one that catapulted her to fame was her portrayal of Alwina in the 2004 fantasy television series of GMA-7, Mulawin opposite Richard Gutierrez. It was an adaptation of a popular comic novel from Mars Ravelo. Angel started her career as a contract star of GMA-7 until she transferred to ABS-CBN. Her first teleserye on the network was “Lobo” where she played the role of Lyka. She got a nomination at the International Emmy Award for the role.

To date, fans are waiting for her upcoming wedding with fiancé Neil Arce. The two started as friends and just recently, the actress shared a photo on her social media account dating back to 2011 when they were still just friends. They attended an after-party photo exhibit of celebrity photographer Mark Nicdao in Makati City. Netizens and celebrities alike commented on the post including Bea Alonzo, Izza Calzado, Bubbles Paraiso, and Loisa Andalio. Her fiancé, Neil Arce post a kisses emoji on the comment.

According to the Kapamilya actress, she and Neil were friends for seven years before they started feeling something special for each other. In 2017, they both got separated from their previous partners. Both of them came from a long-term relationship; Angel with Luis Manzano and Neil was with Bella Padilla who is also a good friend of the actress. In March 2017, Angel admitted that she’s dating a non-showbiz guy.

She eventually admitted that she was referring to Neil Arce. It can be recalled that Neil proposed to Angel on June 16, 2019, and he announced the engagement on June 29. They have yet to announce when the wedding day will take place.  source: Pep
