Finally Vhong Navarro and Tanya Winona Bautista exchanged Wedding Vows in Japan

Comedian and Its Showtime Co-host Vhong Navarro is about to wed Tanya Winona Bautista, his girlfriend of 11 years, in Japan. The ceremony will be held in Kyoto, Japan on Friday, November 29, 2019. The venue for the wedding and reception will be at the Four Seasons Hotel. Their family, relatives, and friends will be there to celebrate this special day in the couple’s life. Its Showtime had already taped a show in advance because the cast will be attending Vhong’s wedding. Some of the celebrities that will be there are; Vice Ganda, Anne Curtis together with husband Erwann Heusaff, Jhong Hilario, and Kim Atienza.

The principal sponsors include his talent manager, Director Chito Roño and Roselle Monteverde, producer of Regal Entertainment. Tanya is one of the resident writers of ABS-CBN. The public got to know about her after Vhong was mauled by businessman Cedric Lee and his friends on the night of January 22, 2014. The group accused him of raping model and then aspiring actress Deniece Cornejo. The mauling incident became a big scandal and was in the headlines for the weeks and months that followed aside from being a trending topic on social media.

The group filed a rape case against the comedian but was later dismissed by the court. He also filed a case against the group but until now, he’s still waiting for justice to be served. During the time of the scandal, his long-time girlfriend was admired by the public for never leaving Vhong’s side even if the scandal involved another woman. She had shown to the public and Vhong of course, that the love she feels for him was unconditional. Vhong was previously married to Bianca Lapus but they are annulled now so he’s free to marry Tanya.
