Gosh: Daniel Padilla on His First Female Favorite in Showbiz

Karla Estrada’s son from former flame Rommel is no other than ‘Teen King’ Daniel Padilla. The actor took the center age at 14 years old. And his first starring role was in the Gimik spinoff.

Things kept getting better for him since that gig. For a time, he was also a famous singer and concert artist. This helped him build a career and save for his future. The actor now has businesses and even built separate houses for his parents. He is also in a relationship with his loveteam Kathryn Bernardo. They’ve been in many movies, shows, and advertisements together. The actor didn’t change despite that and remained approachable to his loving fans.

Before showbiz, though, Daniel looks up to one female showbiz personality. That lady is no other than Jolina Magdangal. This mother and wife is also the host to ‘Magandang Buhay.’ She co-hosts this with Daniel’s mom, Karla, and Melai Cantiveros. Karla confirms this by sharing that Daniel loved Jolina’s colorful personality. She mentioned that he has a crush on her when he was a kid.

When asked about her reaction, Jolina said, “Ang cute, nahiya naman ako!” Jolina couldn’t believe it, but she is amazed to learn that someone as wonderful as Daniel looked up to her in his growing years.

This is not surprising though. Jolina has a striking personality. She was also a popular TV and movie start in her younger years. In recent years, she claimed the spotlight when she joined ‘Your Face Sounds Familiar.’ The show paved the way for acting and hosting opportunities for her.

Jolina is now married to Mark Escueta, drummer for Rivermaya. They have two children and enjoying a blissful life as a married couple. Jolina’s parents also put to good use what she earned in her younger years.
