Heart Evangelista’s Dance Number during an old Episode of ASAP went Viral due to her remarkable Moves

Heart Evangelista or Love Marie Ongpauco – Escudero in real life is one of the famous celebrities of her time. She started in ABS-CBN before moving to GMA Network. She was able to do several projects in ABS-CBN with G-Mik as her first. She had also starred in Hiram with Anne Curtis and Panday opposite Jericho Rosales. This was where their romance blossomed. She was last seen in Starstruck as one of the judges. She was also a part of ASAP; the longest-running Sunday variety show. It was through ASAP that Heart was able to show her singing prowess.

Recently, a video clip of Heart’s dance number in ASAP went viral. She has a good singing voice but she’s not good at dancing. The video showed the very young Heart not being able to follow the dance steps. It showed how Heart wasn’t able to dance in sync with her fellow artists and back-up dancers.

Melo Prete Parreno posted the video on his Facebook account while he was watching an old episode of ASAP on Jeepney TV. Heart was seen dancing with fellow ABS-CBN Desiree del Valle. It can be seen in the video that Heart was having a hard time during the production number.

The video was compared to the performance of GirlTrends in Its Showtime. Just like Heart, the GirlTrends were also seen having a hard time dancing in sync with each other. Because of the said performance, a GirlTrends challenge emerged where contestants should dance with wrong dance moves and not in sync with one another. The netizens noticed though that despite Heart’s wrong dance moves; her cuteness during those days was very evident. Although she had a hard time dancing, she didn’t seem bothered about it and just kept on smiling. A netizen commented that Heart shouldn’t be expected to dance well because she was known as an actress and not a dancer.
