Jhong Hilario made his humble beginnings when he joined Filipino dance group Streetboys in the 90s. The firsts to becoming popular from the group were Spencer Reyes, Vhong Hilario, and later on Danilo Barrios. Vhong Hilario is still active in showbiz.

He and Jhong Hilario are part of ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network Noontime show It’s Showtime. Jhong started his luck in acting in 1996. He joined the cast of Istokwa as Nestor. The character actor was also in hit film Muro Ami in 1999.

As years passed, Pinoys got to know that this guy has acting skills aside from being a great dancer. In 2010, he played the role of “Gary David,” in the remake of Emil Jr.’s Mara Clara. He got two nominations for his role from two award-giving bodies in the country.

One of his latest roles was in “FPJ, Ang Probinsyano.” He was Homer Adlawan or Alakdan in the show. That made him even more famous for villain roles.
But his most cherished gift right now is his Maia Azores. She is almost 15 years younger than Jhong and works as a Cabin Crew in an airline company. Maia is Jhong’s inspiration now. You could see it in his photos which he shares in his Instagram account.

Jhong was married before with a British national named Michelle Westgate. The relationship was shortlived though. But Jhong found his “Pangs” and they’ve been together for six years now.
They don’t mind the age difference as Jhong is already 35. The two also experienced struggling to make Maia’s family accept their relationship. Yet, they remained strong and ended up being okay with the family.

Today, the two enjoy their relationship by traveling together. Well, the saying age doesn’t matter fits these two perfectly.
