Wow! Isabelle Daza Revealed Her Employment Contract For Her Househelper

Isabelle Diaz Daza-Semblat is known as an actress, model, and host. Isabelle’s mother is Gloria Diaz who is the title holder of Miss Universe in year 1969. Isabelle started in the GMA Network on April 17, 2011 and made her first appearance in the noontime show “Party Pilipinas”.

Isabelle signed a new contract with ABS-CBN on November 24, 2014. She received a 2-year exclusive contract as a Kapamilya star. Isabelle became popular in her role in the Kapamilya drama show “Tubig at Langis”. Isabelle got engaged to her boyfriend for 7 years who is a French businessman is named Adrien Semblat. They tied the knot at the San Francesco Church located in in Tuscany, Italy on September 10, 2016. Unfortunately, Isabelle’s father passed away so her godfather, former senator Bongbong Marcos was the one who walked her down the aisle. The couple had their first born child which is a baby boy on April 1, 2018.

Isabelle’s contract was based on the Domestic Workers Act of 2013 of the Republic Act. No. 10361.  This act is called the “Batas Kasambahay”. Its main purpose is to protect domestic workers in the country of the Philippines.

Isabelle cited everything the house helper should know about the job description, benefits, privileges, rights, and compensations. The first rule in the contract is that the house helper should not say “Wala” if they did not search or check everywhere. All employees should be treated right and follow rules provided by their employer. Respect is the most important thing that can make the employer and employee relationship last for a long period of time.
