Zephanie Dimaranan Shares Lots of Changes after Winning Idol Philippines

Zephanie Dimaranan’s life had changed so much after emerging as the winner in Idol Philippines. She’s now a mainstay in ASAP Natin “To where she shares her talent and makes everyone see that she can be a concert performer sometime soon. In the past, she has competed in Tawag ng Tanghalan and The Voice Kids but she didn’t get lucky enough. God has another plan for her because after a few loses, she became the first-ever grand prize winner of Idol Philippines.

The 16-year-old grand prize winner said she’s gaining friends in the industry and enjoying her new life as a champion. If in the past, she was just dreaming to win a singing contest, she’s very pleased that she finally has her own title. Zephanie revealed that after winning the title, her life changed so much in a positive way. She was also able to inspire dreamers like her and is now able to share the talent given to her by God. She admits that her priority is her family. She takes care of their needs before hers and even in buying gifts; she sees to it that her family always comes first.

During her interview in Magandang Buhay with her mother, they disclosed that their family had gone through financial woes in the past years. Her mother even had to borrow milk from a small pharmacy when she was 6 months old because they had no money. She promised the pharmacy owner that she will give back the payment when she finally has enough money. Fortunately for the family, that’s all in the past now.

Zephanie won Php2M, a trip for four to Taiwan, a recording contract, and a house & lot. The Idol Philippines winner will have her first solo concert at the New Frontier theatre on November 28, 2019. She will be with Sarah Geronimo and Regine Velasquez. source:  abs cbn
